Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Mazarion account, published by 82 Marketing LLC, and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete your account in the app

If you still have Mazarion installed, or can sign in at mazarion.com:

  • Open Mazarion and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  • Go to Profile.
  • Scroll to Danger Zone.
  • Tap Delete Account and confirm.

For your security, you may be asked to sign in again first. Deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel it there before deleting your account; otherwise billing continues even though the account is gone. Web subscriptions can be cancelled from your profile before deletion.

What is deleted

Deletion is permanent and removes all of the following:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials.
  • Your display name and email address.
  • Your birth date, birth time, and birth location.
  • Your personality assessment answers and results (Enneagram, archetypes, attachment style, love languages, MBTI).
  • Your journal entries, including the encrypted copies stored in the cloud.
  • Your compatibility inputs and saved readings.
  • Your friend connections, including the profile snapshot shared with anyone you were connected to, which is removed from their account as well.
  • Your referral code, your invite links, and the records of referrals you sent or received.
  • Your subscription record with RevenueCat, which unlinks your purchases from your identity.
  • Notification tokens and any locally cached data on your device.

What is kept, and for how long

  • A deletion marker — up to 24 hours. After your account is removed we keep a short-lived record of the deletion so that credentials issued before it cannot be used to recreate your data. It contains no personal information and is removed automatically.
  • Payment records — as required by law. Google Play, Apple, and Stripe retain transaction records under their own policies and applicable tax and accounting law. These are held by those companies, not by us, and are outside our control.
  • Aggregate counts — indefinitely, but not about you. We keep daily totals of how many people reached certain steps, such as sign-up. These contain no identifier, IP address, or device information and cannot be linked back to you.
